Accessibility Statement
Building a site that works well for every visitor, including those using assistive technology.
Last updated: June 2026
Hume Health Corp wants humebandofficial.website and the Hume Health app to be usable by everyone, including people relying on assistive technology. This page describes where we currently stand and how you can report anything that isn't working as it should.
Our Goal
We work toward conforming with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across humebandofficial.website. In practical terms, that includes things like:
- Descriptive alt text on images that carry meaningful information, not purely decorative ones.
- Text-to-background contrast that stays readable throughout the site.
- Full keyboard access to menus, the mobile navigation, and interactive elements such as the FAQ accordion.
- Semantic HTML and ARIA labeling, so screen readers correctly announce headings, buttons, and page regions.
- Layouts that remain usable when text is enlarged or the page is zoomed.
A Continuous Effort
We don't treat this as something to finish once — the site keeps evolving, and our accessibility work has to keep pace with it. If you run into a barrier anywhere on humebandofficial.website or within the app, we genuinely want to know.
Reporting an Issue
If assistive technology runs into trouble anywhere on the site, please let us know. It helps if you can include:
- The specific page or app screen where the problem happened
- A short description of what went wrong
- The assistive technology, browser, or device you were using at the time
We review accessibility reports quickly, and anything blocking someone from browsing, learning about, or buying the product is treated as a priority.
Where Our Control Is Limited
Certain parts of humebandofficial.website, checkout in particular, rely on third-party services. We choose vendors who take accessibility seriously, but we don't have full control over how their own components are built. If you hit a snag in one of these areas, tell us anyway — we'll follow up with the vendor or find another way through for you.
