45 Days to Decide

You have 45 days from the date of delivery to send the device back for a full refund, for any reason, no explanation needed — even if it's been opened and used. We built the window this generous because we think you need real time with a wearable before you can judge it fairly.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team through the Hume Health app or the email on your order confirmation, and let us know you'd like to send your order back.
  2. You'll receive return instructions and a shipping label by email within 1 business day.
  3. Pack up the band, strap, and charging cable — original packaging isn't required.
  4. Drop the parcel off at any carrier location using the label provided.
  5. Once we've received and inspected it, your refund is issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.

What Gets Refunded

The full amount you paid for the device. If you added the 10-Year Warranty at checkout and you're returning the band itself, that add-on is refunded too, since it has no standalone value without a device to cover.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free for any return made within the 45-day window on orders purchased directly through humebandofficial.website.

A Few Things to Note

  • This guarantee covers orders placed directly with us. If you bought through a third-party marketplace instead, start with their return process, since we can't guarantee identical terms there.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout — we're not able to redirect a refund elsewhere.

Making a Warranty Claim

Every Hume Band 2.0 ships with a 1-year hardware warranty covering genuine manufacturing defects — things like sensor faults or charging issues under normal use. If you added the optional 10-Year Warranty, that coverage runs the full decade from your original purchase date.

To file a claim, contact support with your order number and a short description of the issue. Most hardware problems are resolved by shipping out a free replacement unit.
